Wendy K. LaDuca

Principal

Ms. LaDuca joined Kalorama Partners in August 2008, from the law firm Muldoon, Murphy & Aguggia LLP (merged with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in May 2008).  Previously, she served as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.  Ms. LaDuca has extensive experience in corporate governance, SEC and disclosure matters, and mergers and acquisitions, and has counseled a broad array of public and private companies in these areas.  Ms. LaDuca also has extensive experience representing financial institutions before federal and state regulators, with particular emphasis on depository institution regulators. 

Ms. LaDuca received a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and received a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.
